Aberdeen vs Rangers Match Preview


Week 33 brings us a match on Apr 23rd where Aberdeen hosts Rangers at Pittodrie Stadium in a clash of the Premiership. The game day is forecasted to be a windy and cold day, with daytime temperatures of only 4 degrees, so hopefuly the match makes up for the weather. Todd Cantwell struck first for Rangers in the 26th minute on a feed from James Tavernier, then Mark O’Hara tied it up for St. Mirren in the 2nd minute of the first half’s stoppage time , but Rangers kept scoring and walked away with the win. Rangers is on a hot streak lately, with only 1 loss in their last 10 matches.

In their last match on the 20th of December, Rangers won by a score of 3 to 2. Fashion Sakala struck first for Rangers in the 12th minute, then Luis Lopes tied it up for Aberdeen in the 45th minute , but luckily for Rangers it didn’t end there. They were able to keep scoring to earn the win.

Rangers is fortunate enough to have James Tavernier in top form. In the last five matches the attacker has scored 4 goals. Aberdeen is fortunate enough to have Luis Lopes in top form. In the last 5 matches the attacker has scored six goals.
